The warden is girl eyes as bright as the sky
She's doing her best to make me cry

I yell hell no you aint got the proof
She looks me up and down with a paralyzing gaze
Honestly I felt as if these minutes were days
She explains once more please just give me a statement
I tell her that her truth is a lie in amazement

As I opened my eyes the prison was gone
And I stared into her eyes my love was no longer lost long
